With almost three decades of experience, Phillip has forged strategic partnerships with Fortune 500 companies to build some of the most robust service delivery platforms in the industry. His commitment to excellence and forward-thinking approach have kept the company at the forefront of technological advancements, from pioneering all-fiber gigabit networks in residential communities to delivering high-speed fiber internet, Wi-Fi, VoIP, and TV services to the hospitality and multi-family markets.

A native of Raleigh, NC, Phillip has been instrumental in driving technological growth within his home state, helping to shape its digital landscape. Under his leadership, Hosted America was among the first to deploy fiber, hosted VoIP, and cloud services throughout North Carolina, remaining on the cutting edge of emerging technology.

Andrew Turkington leads the financial operations at Hosted America, providing strategic oversight and direction to drive the company’s growth and financial stability. In his role as head of finance, Andrew assists with mergers and acquisitions, conducts business analysis, and delivers financial reporting to the CEO and Board of Directors.

As a member of the Executive Management Team, Andrew brings energy, focus, and a forward-thinking approach that supports Hosted America’s vision and success. His leadership is instrumental in shaping the company’s financial strategy and ensuring its long-term success and sustainability.

Scott leads a team responsible for Hosted America’s next generation in fiber technology. As the Senior Vice President of Technology and Network Operations, he oversees daily operations for network design, engineering, technology, IT solutions, and product development.

With over a decade of experience in the industry, Scott has become a strategic leader driving the company’s overall vision for technology. He plays a key role in shaping Hosted America’s technology strategy, systems roadmap, and technical architecture while ensuring the company remains at the forefront of innovation and development.

As the Director of Operations and Administration at Hosted America, Gigi oversees the company’s relationships with carriers and service partners across the telecommunications value chain. With more than 20 years of industry experience, she brings unmatched expertise and a customer-focused mindset to her position. Gigi also plays a pivotal role in managing day-to-day operations and customer support for the HA Commercial and Enterprise group, ensuring seamless service delivery and a 100% customer satisfaction guarantee.

Her career spans more than two decades, during which she has held leadership roles in operations, sales, and management for companies such as BTI, Network South, and Metro Telecom. Throughout her career, she has honed her skills and developed a vision for operational excellence and customer satisfaction.

As the Director of Telecom Services at Hosted America, Mark Robbins is responsible for redefining the strategy and growth plan for the telecom services and VoIP solutions group. With over 40 years of industry experience, Mark brings unparalleled expertise and leadership to the position. He has also held leadership roles at Executone, Metro Telecom, and other telecommunications companies.

Before joining Hosted America, Mark served as President and Chief Engineer for CRM, a leader in IP and premise-based voice solutions. His dynamic leadership, energy, and unwavering commitment to customer satisfaction have been key drivers of his success throughout his career.

Mark’s focus on innovation and customer-centric solutions continues to propel Hosted America’s telecom services and VoIP solutions to new heights, ensuring businesses and communities stay connected with cutting-edge technology.

Jacob Botha is a leader in telecommunications infrastructure and construction. As an accomplished technologist, and infrastructure strategist, he has a unique blend of expertise spanning fiber optic telecommunications and construction. As a global and industry leader, his expertise and professional footprint spans across the UK, Europe, Africa, the US, and Latin America. Jacob leads transformative projects that bridge cutting-edge technology with meaningful human impact.

He is currently part of the board of directors for KelTech Network Innovation Inc. (KNI) and LOC-TAG, pioneering NFC-enabled smart asset tracking systems for deploying intelligent fiber optic solutions for broadband and infrastructure providers. Jacob is strategically aligned with US domestic production incentives such as the Build America, Buy America Act (BABA).

With over two decades of entrepreneurial and industry experience, Jacob brings clarity, strategic foresight, and cross-sector leadership to initiatives such as fiber and digital passive infrastructure. His work reflects a deep commitment to social equity, cognitive empowerment, and building connected communities of the future while decreasing the digital divide.

With an extensive background in the design, construction, and daily operations of fiber optic broadband, video, and network systems, Ron has established a reputation for innovation and excellence within the telecommunications industry. As Vice President of Operations at Satellite Management Services and Vice President of Field Applications at Connexion Technologies, Ron led national teams in designing, building, and maintaining over 500 fiber and broadband head-end facilities across the U.S. These facilities deliver cutting-edge fiber, broadband, video, and network services to single-family homes, planned communities, high-rise buildings, and multi-family communities utilizing FTTH and hybrid fiber systems.

A proud alumnus of the University of South Florida, Ron has managed the construction and maintenance of thousands of miles of high-count fiber, demonstrating a relentless commitment to advancing fiber technology and connecting communities with reliable, high-speed broadband solutions.
